Custom Text Trucker Hat — Tall Letters

Name the trip. Your phrase in big tall letters, heat-pressed front and center — the hat for bachelorette weekends, getaway weekends, beach trips, 40ths, 50ths, and family reunions.

How it works

1. Pick your hat color and letter style. See hat colors here. See vinyl fonts and colors here.

2. Add to cart, then tell us your exact phrase and spelling in the notes box. Referencing a photo of a finished hat works great ("like the Tulum hat, but 'Palm Springs' with Steph 4.0 underneath, right-aligned").

3. We press each hat in-house, small-batch, in Austin. Most orders ship in 7–10 business days; large orders can take a little longer — message us for a timeline.

The details

Foam-front Otto cap with a terry sweatband and snapback.
Youth sizes available in many colors by special order (minimum 12).
Want foil letters instead? Right this way.

Our hats turned out so amazing!

Our hats turned out so amazing! We had a custom patch designed, and Elena absolutely nailed turning our logo into an embroidered patch! The quality is great, and we are very happy with the final product! This is our second time ordering from Sticker & Stitch and would absolutely order from here again!
