How do I customize a hat?
Oooh exciting! 1) choose a hat color 2) text color 3) provide exact font and layout requests. I have a bunch of ideas and past projects on Instagram. If you like a hat or design there, just reference it when you purchase. Example “I want the Tulum hat but in orange with “CABO" in large letters and "2023"in smaller letters underneath. For patches, same process but we have more colors to work with. Send me your logo if you are unsure if it will work.
Do you create the design or do I have to provide my own?
We work together to create something totally unique! Feel free to send inspiration pics or stuff you have seen online that you like. It helps to know the details of your event! I have a bunch of ideas and past projects on Instagram. If you like a hat or design there, just reference the style/color/font when you purchase. I may have to modify the design to make it work—make lines thicker or substitute a similar font.
How do I order a custom patch?
To create an embroidered patch for an event or logo, there is a one time digitizing fee of $50 to turn your artwork into stitches. There is no limit on the number of colors in the patch, but there is a limit on size. The largest patches are 4”x 3” and lettering must be larger than .25” high.
I accidentally clicked shipping but I want to pick up.
Please contact me immediately and I can refund your shipping. The “ready for pickup” notification will still say “your items have shipped.” It can be confusing but easy to fix.
Can you send me a proof?
I happily offer proofs upon request for bulk orders after I receive payment. The proof process takes time between communications and can delay delivery of your order. Designs are my unique personal creations, therefore I cannot offer any free design drafts prior to placing an order.
Can I drop my items off to monogram?
Yes when available. There is a bin in the driveway for pickup and drop-off. Please label your items in a bag. If you have placement notes, color/font choices, pin them on the items. Many customers drop off multiple sizes or colors and then email me the personalization/monograms/names. It’s a lot to organize! It would be soooo helpful if you pin the notes to the items.
I need these items by Friday. Is that possible?
Yes and no. I am a one woman show and some weeks are busier than others. It all depends on the request and the workload at the time. I can usually accommodate a rush order but that means you are jumping the line in front of other projects. To keep things fair, I charge a flat fee of $20 for orders with less than 5 days lead time.
No refunds. Cancellation possible within 2 hours of your order. Please be as respectful of my time and efforts as you would any small business owner or sole proprietor. I love to delight my customers and that happens 99% of the time. If not, please contact me and I will strive to fine a solution that works for both of us.
